When I was in the middle of my addiction, I had lost virtually everything. The Ranch gave me my life back. Now I can experience the love of my family and challenging, meaningful work. I owe that to the caring and skilled professionals at the Ranch. Anyone in need of help with addiction should consider the Ranch.

I learned vulnerability was not just validated, but a true signal of a courageous life.

It was here that I have learned the process of recovery is both a recovery from something unmanageable, and a recovery to something greater. The Ranch taught me how to add vibrancy to a previously grey life. The staff was amazing. The challenge of rediscovering my authentic self was cultivated in a very open, compassionate, and safe environment.

To the Ranch I am highly grateful.

I discharged from The Ranch a little over a year ago. During one of the most difficult times of my life, I was met with compassion and care by the whole staff. I was given the tools that I needed to put into practice outside of treatment in order to achieve long term recovery.

Horrible experience in customer interactions. Therapist tells the patient one thing, that doesn't Sync when we talk to them over the phone.

Horrible experience with intake process. I contacted 2 facilities, First facility had absolutely no problems speaking with my insurance provider to obtain information needed to provide costs. Ranch took a week just to get back to me to tell me they wrote my insurance ID number wrong and needed it again. After giving them the number again gentleman said he couldn’t get the information from the insurance because they needed my consent. Spoke to my insurance provider and she said that the gentleman calling was quite anxious. My blue cross blue shield PPO needed certain information from him regarding the facility and their team. I called the caseworker from the Ranch back to tell him that he simply needed to answer a few questions regarding diagnosis, full-time nursing staff, treatment process, etc. He said he would call them back and get back to me same day. Two weeks went by when I finally reached out to him and he said yeah your insurance wants you to work with someone in your local area. I’m glad I’m not suffering from a fatal illness...oh wait I am. Why it took him two weeks to tell me that I’m not sure but my experience has been horrible and I havent even made it to the door. I will have to seek treatment elsewhere
